Hum Broadband MCP
Let your agent check broadband availability, validate a qualified offer, and submit an authorized internet-service order through Hum.
Better evidence. Safer ordering.
Two kinds of evidence
Hum keeps FCC-reported coverage separate from live qualification. FCC findings describe an area; live qualification determines whether an offer can be ordered.
Partial results
An agent can present FCC findings while the live provider check continues, then poll the same lookup instead of starting over.
Executable offers
Only a live-qualified offer returned by Hum can move to validation. Catalog plans remain useful context, but they are not orderable offers.
Build and review the cart
Validation returns current equipment choices, included products, fees, discounts, and the total. It does not create an order or contact fulfillment.
Safe recovery
A lost submission response is recovered through order retrieval. Hum reports recorded fulfillment evidence without claiming ISP acceptance or installation.
